The management team would like to express their gratitude to Assemco staff for taking on the increase in workload approaching Christmas holidays. As the build rate from our biggest customer Kenworth temporarily increases to 12 trucks per day, our staff are currently being stretched to capacity and we appreciate everyone stepping up to the challenge.
Through detailed planning Assemco is able to manage this 50% increase in work for the months of November and December without taking on further staff. This is a testament to the unique management systems we have in place, along with the dedication of our staff and company culture.
We have encouraged all Assemco staff to maintain their higher output & quality so that the extra bonuses they receive this year will assist them when the Kenworth build rate reduces early next year.
